I have done a view more of my random acts of kindness! Basically, at this point it's easier to say which items I have NOT done yet. They are:
- Wash car windshields at temple.
- Send handmade card to someone.
- Hold the door for someone.
- Read to the elderly.
- Leave change in vending machine.
- Call my grandma Carole.
- Take someone to the movies.
- Pick up groceries for a friend.
- Leave quarters in laundromat.
- Do something for my sister.
- Do something for my mother.
- Let someone in front of you.
I'm hoping to do about half of these this week and the rest next week when I am up north. I have been loving this whole experience! It has gotten me into the real Spirit of Christmas and is has actually made me feel happy about my upcoming birthday! As the day draws nearer (less than 2 weeks now!) I am actually excited to enter my thirties! I am lucky enough to not look 30 and I feel that I have accomplished a lot thus far in my life and will accomplish much more in the next 30 years to come!
I'm turning 30 in just a few short months! As I pondered how to celebrate my upcoming birthday, I decided that there could be no better way than to give service to others! As Saint Francis of Assisi said "for it is in giving that we receive." I know that this will be my best birthday yet because I will not be thinking of myself but of others! Follow me as I try to complete 30 Random Acts of Kindness in 30 days!

Making a list... Checkin' it twice...
I was able to check off some more of my random acts of kindness!
1. Donate to charity.
2. Give flowers.
3. Give grocery gift card to someone.
4. Get gift for sub for Santa.
I have a few more that I am in the process of finishing off, so hopefully I will be able to post them tomorrow! I am grateful for the opportunity that I get to think of others and not of myself! It makes me feel the true spirit of Christmas! And it makes my upcoming birthday not seem like such a bad thing!

4 Down... 26 More to Go!
- Make a new friend.
- Encourage someone.
- Give someone a hug.
- Make someone laugh.
I made a new friend this week. It's the daughter of one of the sweet couples I work with at the temple. I am so grateful for the people I meet in my life and for the timing Heavenly Father has. I know that not only are people placed in our lives for specific reasons, but they are also place at specific times.
I've decided that I encourage at least one person a day without even realizing it! I encourage my students every single day! I want them to be happy and succeed so I try my hardest to help them become the best they can be!

Day 3
Today I am grateful for my job! I love working with the cutest kids in the world! I also love my co-workers! I feel so blessed to be excited about going to work! It is more than a job, it is a calling! I am so thankful that I was able to figure out what I wanted to do with my life and in turn, to find so much happiness from it!

Day 2
Today I am thankful for being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I feel so blessed to know that I am a child of God and that He loves me and watches over me. I know that all my blessings and successes have come from my kind Heavenly Father and I try to acknowledge this daily.

Day 1
Today I am thankful for my health. I have been sick for the last week and today I am finally starting to feel better! I am thankful that bodies can heal quickly and that one can return to their normal, healthy self!
I am also thankful for the people in my life who show me every day how much they love me! There is nothing better than knowing you are loved!
